Blake Shelton, Dustin Lynch, Chris Janson, and Easton Corbin Went Hunting…And Blake’s Opening a Couple of Restaurants

Here’s an invitation I’d like to get in the mail: Blake Shelton, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Easton Corbin, and John Conlee went on the Grand Ole Opry’s annual hunting retreat.

It doesn’t get a lot of publicity, and maybe that’s the way they like it, but Chris Janson convinced everyone to smile for a few photos that he posted online.

He also did double duty as a deejay and posted a clip of a device playing Hank Williams Jr.’s “Whiskey On Ice.”

In related news, a couple of Blake Shelton-inspired restaurant (slash) music venues are opening in Nashville and his hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. They’re named after his song “Ol’ Red,” although they’re spelling it Ole Red.

The Oklahoma location is a small club and it’s supposed to open in the fall. The Nashville one is huge. It’ll feature a two-story bar, a restaurant, a dance floor, and private VIP booths. That one’s about a year away from opening.
