A WWII Veteran celebrated his 100th birthday by running 100 miles with his family! Orville Rogers has done a lot of living in his 100 years. He was a pilot in World War II, became a commercial pilot, and authored a few books. Then at age 50, Orville picked up running and it’s been his passion ever since. Orville actually ran marathons all the way up into his 70s. He still runs around his neighborhood a few times a week and loves it! So it was only appropriate for this World War II vet to celebrate with his favorite activity. Running! Orville and his family ran a collective 100 miles to commemorate the occasion!
