BLAKE SHELTON was everywhere last week promoting “Texoma Shore”, which hit the stores and online last Friday.  One of the weirdest was on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” when Kelly Ripa said “She was obsessed with Gwen” and wanted to know a very curious question.
