ERIC CHURCH was the headliner at Friday nights Route 91 Fest in Las Vegas, 2 days prior to the tragedy and he’s still visibly upset, several times during his talk he was trying not to cry, he talked about it during his show on Wednesday night at the Grand Ole Opry, which he almost didn’t do. He said, “the shooting broke something inside of him and the only way to fix that is through music”. So, he wrote a new song called “Why Not Me” and then he proceeded to play the song and the emotions in the room, you could hear a pin drop.
